Biography
At Cornell: Playing a backup role on a very talented offensive line last year, Kovler is expected to challenge for playing time this season.
At Horace Greeley: A four-year participant in both football and baseball at Horace Greeley HS, Kovler won two varsity letters in each sport. In football, he played at both the wide receiver and defensive back positions.
Personal: Avery Kovler is the son of Mark and Elyse Kovler, and he has one older sister.
