Biography

At Cornell: Darren Phillips enters his fourth year on the sprint football squad as a versatile player with big play abilities. Phillips is one of the best backups on a very deep linebacking corps, and he has also excelled on the field on the special teams' side of the ball.

At Eden:  A versatile athlete, Phillips participated in football, basketball and baseball at Eden HS.  He served as captain for his football team in 2005 and for his baseball team in 2006.

Personal:  Daren C. Phillips is the son of David Phillips and Diane Held, and he has two younger sisters.
