As a Senior (2015)
Zittel was named First-Team All-CSFL in his senior season, after recording 25 tackles, including five for a loss, on the year. He had a big game against Navy, posting a season-high nine tackles, including four solo and two for a loss of 19 yards. He also finished the season with two pass breakups.
As a Junior (2014)
Zittel was an All-CSFL Honorable Mention as a junior, appearing in all seven games and posting 10 tackles, including a sack.
As a Sophomore (2012)
Zittel was an important contributor on the Big Red defense, making 28 tackles as a sophomore and recording one interception. He had 1.5 sacks and 3.5 tackles for loss while playing in every game of the year.
