2025 | JUNIOR SEASON
Emerged as a dual-threat quarterback who started seven games for the Big Red ... Passed for 1,860 yards and six touchdowns while adding 275 rushing yards and eight scores on the ground ... Completed 186-of-289 passes with five interceptions for a 121.8 passer rating ... Rushed 98 times for a 2.8 yards per carry average ... Posted season-high 346 passing yards against Brown (Oct. 25) and threw for multiple touchdowns three times ... Ran for season-high 91 yards and a touchdown against Colgate (Oct. 4), part of a dominant 225-yard passing, 91-yard rushing performance ... Accounted for 48 total points ... Averaged 213.5 yards of total offense per game ... Threw for at least 100 yards in nine of 10 games...became the first played since Ed Marinaro '72 in 1971 to rush for a touchdown in seven-straight games.

Bass-Sulpizio was a four-year quarterback and was made captain as a senior at La Jolla Country Day School … named all-league in 2021, 2022, and 2023 … earned league player of the year in 2022 and student-athlete of the year in 2023 … was a two-sport athlete, playing four years of basketball … named all-league in basketball in 2022-23 … helped team earn a league title as a senior.

Garrett Richard Bass-Sulpizio is the son of Lorri Sulpizio and Cathy McRae … he has two older brothers and one younger sister … he is enrolled in the Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
