Biography

At Cornell:  New to the sprint football program in 2009, Ivan Cruz's versatility should see him in good stead to challenge for playing time on the squad this season.

At Deerfield:  A multi-sport athlete at Deerfield Academy, Cruz participated in both football and wrestling for four years.  He demonstrated great versatility in football, seeing time at the tailback, fullback, strong safety, and cornerback positions.

Personal:  Ivan Cruz is the son of Ivan and Ana Cruz, and he has one sister.
