Played basketball, baseball and ran cross country while at San Francisco University HS ... earned baseball co-captain honors senior year.

Jacob Sacks MacGregor is the son of John MacGregor and Natalie Sacks ... he has one older brother, John, and one older sister, Elizabeth ... both brother and father attended Cornell. Brother John was a member of the Big Red heavyweight rowing team from 2006-10 ... enrolled in the College Arts and Sciences.
