As a Sophomore (2016-17)
Masloff ran in one cross country race as a sophomore, finishing 88th at the Yellowjacket Invitational. On the track, Masloff had eight top 10 finishes, with three coming in individual events and three coming in relays. Masloff finished fifth in the mile at the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational and fifth in the 1000 at the Robert J. Kane Invitational. She had a collegiate-best of 4:56.21 in the mile at the Big Red Outdoor Invitational.
As a Freshman (2015-16)
Masloff transitioned well to collegiate running, finishing in the top 40 in all five of the cross country meets she competed in. She continued to improve her times, finishing a season-best eighth at the John Reif Memorial in 18:34.0, shaving over 44 seconds off her season-opening time.
On the track, she competed in the mid-distances and in the relays, helping the distance medley relay team to a runner-up finish at the Cornell Indoor Upstate Challenge and the 4x800 team to a win at the Marc Deneault Invitational. Individually, her best finish was a third-place run in the 1000 in the Robert J. Kane Invitational with a personal-best time.
Before Cornell
During Masloff’s senior year at Western Albemarle High School, her second year as captain of the indoor and outdoor track teams, she finished third in the state in the outdoor 1600 meters and fourth indoors, earning her indoor All-State honors. Her indoor 4x800 relay team was also All-State after finishing second.  She was also an All-State cross country runner in 2013 and 2014 and captained the team her senior year. In addition, Masloff was a member of the National Honor Society and Chair of the Honor Council.

Personal
Cathryn Chancellor Masloff is the daughter of Jack and Kathy Masloff. She has a younger brother, Jack, and a younger sister, Madison. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
