Took eighth place in the 6k at the 2023 Yellowjacket XC Invitational (22:19.9) … set a personal best in the 5k with an 18:30.7-minute race at the Battle in Beantown … took 71st place and set a personal best in the 6k at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region XC Championships (21:12.1).
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Was a Florida XC State Champion (2022)… a part of the Palm Beach County First Team every season from 2019 - 2023… State meet qualifier each year from 2019 - 2023… was elected team captain in three consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023)… set the 1600m School Record in 2023… named ESPN West Palm Athlete of the Week (2021)… Palm Beach County Runner of the Year (2021, 2022)… Palm Beach County Athlete of the Year (2023)… recipient of Land Rover Palm Beach Athlete of the Year Scholarship (2023)… All-State Team (2022, 2023)… earned an 8th-place finish at the New Balance Indoor Nationals in the 5K with a time of 17:20 (2023)... was the Florida 1600-meter runner-up in 2023.
