At Cornell: An All-East performer in the indoor mile and outdoor 1500m, Lyons was also a Heps scorer outdoors in the 1500m and qualified for the NCAA Regionals. One of the best middle distance runners in the East, she was also an ECAC qualifier in the 1000m and indoor and outdoor 800m. A key part of the cross country team in her full first season as a sophomore, Lyons has great range across a number of middle distance and distance events. She is also a member of the school freshman-record setting 4x800m that placed sixth at the outdoor ECACs in 2007.

At Wilton HS: One of the top cross country runners in the Northeast while in high school, Lyons was the New England champion at 1000m as a senior.

Personal: Kerri Lyons is the daughter of Joe and Cindy Lyons and has a younger brother and a younger sister.
