PRIOR TO CORNELL
Served as team captain in both track and field and cross country… earned all-state honors in track and field… received multiple academic and athletic all-conference awards… competed in track and field and cross country for five years.

Sophia Nkechi Comfere is the daughter of Nneka and Thomas Comfere… has one brother, Maximilian, and one sister, Helena… born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota… is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences and plans to major in biological sciences.
