Biography
At Cornell
Dean has been a solid performer for the Big Red on the bars in each of her first three seasons. She was in the starting lineup in 10 meets for Cornell, registering a season-high 9.500 against Towson. Dean will attempt to earn a spot on both bars and beam to become a two-event performer as a senior. She is enrolled in Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
In Secondary School
A graduate of Bishop Ahr HS, Dean was a level 10 regional qualifier in 2004, 2005 and 2006. In high school, she was a member of the French Honor Society and was on their state championship gymnastics team.
Personal
Jill Anne Dean is the daughter of Thomas and Suzanne Dean and has two brothers and two sisters.
