Did not see varsity action… elected one of Cornell's tri-captains… named a GEC Scholar-Athlete
2023-24 | JUNIOR SEASON
Elected one of team's tri-captains ... competed as member of the team's bars lineup ... opened season with season-best 9.500 at Lindsey Ferris Invitational ... scored an 8.900 in home opener versus Bridgeport ... named a GEC and USAG Scholar-Athlete.
2022-23 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Member of the team's bars lineup ... scored a season-best 9.650 at the Big Red Invitational ... followed that up with a 9.625 the following weekend against West Chester ... was in the lineup for the Ivy Classic and GEC Championship ... named a GEC Scholar-Athlete.
2021-22 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in nine meets on bars ... posted a season-best 9.725 on bars at the GEC Championship meet ... earned Gymnastics East Conference Scholar Athlete honors.
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Was a six-time regional qualifier while competing for Tampa Bay Turners and attending Berkeley Preparatory School ... served as team captain from 2019-21 ... earned a regional title on vault in 2017 ... selected to receive the Margaret Dann Award for Overall Excellence in 2018.
PERSONAL
Madison Virginia Sakalosky is the daughter of Mark and Pamela Sakalosky and has two younger brothers ... she is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
