2024-25 | JUNIOR SEASON
Competed on the vault in all 12 meets and on the floor in 10 meets… set her career-high 9.800 on floor against Penn then tied it at the Ivy Classic Championship… posted eight scores of 9.6 or better on the vault…  named a GEC Scholar-Athlete.

2023-24 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Competed on vault for all 12 competitions for the Big Red ... scored the team's third highest NQS in event at 9.725 ... scored a 9.5 or better in each competition ... posted a career-best 9.825 at Ivy Classic to take home share of individual title and first Big Red gymnast to finish at top in annual competition since 2019 ... also grabbed silver with 9.725 in regular-season finale against Centenary ... saw action in three meets on floor, posting season-best 9.725 at quad meet hosted by LIU ... named a GEC and USAG Scholar-Athlete ... also earned team's most improved award.

2022-23 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Qualified as an individual for the USAG Collegiate Nationals on the vault ... had the team's third highest vault NQS at 9.685 ... competed on vault in all 11 competitions for the Big Red, scoring 9.5 or better on each vault ... one of the team's most consistent performers, she posted a career-best 9.725 against both Penn and West Chester ... named a GEC Scholar-Athlete.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Won the state vault title in 2021 while competing for World Class Gymnastics Academy and attending Guilderland HS ... Eastern national qualifier in 2019 ... national alternate in 2021 ... three-time qualifier for regionals.

PERSONAL
Michaela Eve DeFrancisco is the daughter of John DeFrancisco and Karen Tedesco and has an older sister and younger brother ... her mother attended Cornell, graduating in 1995 ... she is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
