Before Cornell
The Holland Hall school record-holder in the 800 and the mile in only her second year of competitive running, Adelson finished second at the OTCC Meet of Champions in the mile. She is an accomplished rider and earned three varsity letters in field hockey while at Holland Hall.
Personal
Caroline Dashiell Adelson is the daughter of Jim '85 and Susannah Adelson and has two younger sisters, Elizabeth and Eve. In addition to her father, Caroline's grandparents and great-grandparents all attended Cornell. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
