Biography

At Cornell
McDonnell rowed in the second varsity eight boat during her junior season, helping the team to win the Petite Finals and take seventh overall at the 2014 Ivy League Women's Rowing Championship. As a sophomore McDonnell rowed in the second varsity four boat that finished in fifth place at the 2013 Ivy League Women's Rowing Championship. She also traveled with the Big Red to the 2013 NCAA Women’s Rowing Championship as one of the team’s spare pair.
