At Cornell

Eisser was named to the Cornell women's rowing coaching staff in August of 2021. Her senior year, Eisser was a member of the varsity eight boat that placed 11th overall at the 2012 NCAA Women's Rowing Championships. As a student-athlete for the Big Red, Eisser was named a CRCA National Scholar-Athlete after rowing in the sixth-seat in the second-varsity 8 during her junior year. As a sophomore, Eisser was a member of the varsity-8 boat that helped Cornell to earn its first national ranking in more than five years and narrowly missed out on an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament. Following the season, she was named a CRCA National Scholar-Athlete.
 

Prior to Cornell

A two-time Olympian, Eisser placed 10th in the women's pair at the 2020 Tokyo Games and was 5th in the quadruple sculls at the 2016 Rio Games. A member of seven national teams, Eisser owns two gold medals from the Rowing World Championships, taking first in the quadruple sculls in 2015 and first in the eight in 2018.
