2023-24 | SENIOR SEASON
Rowed in 1V4+ throughout spring season, sitting in bow seat in first two events before moving to No. 2 seat for remainder of season.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Rowed for three years in high school sitting in the port seat… served as team captain as a senior… placed 8th at HOCR in 2019… took 4th at Canadian Henley in 2019.

PERSONAL
Helena Darnall is the daughter of Erica and Greg Darnall… has two younger siblings… she is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
