At Cornell
As a senior (2019-20)
• Competed with the “B” boat during round one of the Princeton Chase, crossing the finish line in 16:30.547.
• Rowed with the “C” boat during round two of the Princeton Chase, crossing the finish line in 17:13.992.
• Rowing in the “C” fours boat at the Cornell Autumn Classic, finished in 14:53.32.
• Rowed in the “B” eights boat at the Cornell Autumn Classic that took fifth place, crossing the finish line in 13:44.97.

As a junior (2018-19)
• Started season in the second varsity eight before moving up to the varsity eight for the final three regattas.
• Helped the varsity eight to a second place finish in the petite final at the Ivy League Championships.

As a sophomore (2017-18)
• Stroked the varsity four throughout her sophomore season.
• Helped the crew to a second place finish in the Petite Final at the Doc Hosea Invitational.
• Rowed in the crew that defeated Columbia and Dartmouth.

At UCLA
As a freshman (2016-17)
• Rowed primarily in UCLA’s second varsity eight crew throughout her freshman season.
• Was the four seat in the Bruins’ 2V8+ in the team’s first two spring competitions.
• Led the 2V8+ to a first-place finish at the UC Challenge.
• Helped UCLA finish third in the 2V8+ B final race at the Clemson Invitational.
• Rowed six seat in the varsity eight at the season-culminating Pac-12 Championships on Lake Natoma.

Prior to Cornell
• Lettered twice in swimming at Episcopal School of Jacksonville.
• Rowed for Jacksonville Rowing Club.
• Won seven events at the Florida State Rowing Championship throughout her four high school years.
• Led JRC to the 2015 Stotesbury Cup Championship.
• Rowed at the USRowing Youth National Championship, taking fifth place in the 2- in 2015 and sixth place in the 2- in 2016.
• Raced to a second-place finish in the varsity 2x at the 2016 SRAA National Championship.
• Competed at the 2014 and 2015 USRowing Junior National Team Selection Camp.
• Competed for the 2014 and 2015 CanAmMex Team.

Personal
• Maria Grace Wothe is the daughter of Gary Wothe and Barbara Sanchez-Salazar.
• Twin sister, Isabel, also rows for the Big Red.
• Enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
