Following her sophomore season, Kirk was named a CRCA National Scholar-Athlete

At Tuscarora HS
Kirk was a two-sport athlete at Tuscarora high school, lettering twice in lacrosse and playing soccer for two years. She helped her soccer team to back-to-back state championships in 2004 and 2005 and she was captain of the lacrosse team in 2008.

Kayleigh Joyce Kirk is the daughter of Oliver and Carolyn Kirk. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
