At Cornell
A 2015 CRCA National Scholar Athlete as a junior, Albanir rowed in the varsity eight that placed fifth overall at the 2015 Ivy League Women’s Rowing Championship. She also helped the Big Red to win the Parents’ Cup and Class of ’89 Points Plate with regular-season victories over Dartmouth and Penn, respectively. Following the season, Albanir traveled to England with the Big Red to participate in the program's first-ever trip to the Henley Women's Regatta, where she rowed as a member of the varsity eight in the Elite 8 race. As a sophomore, Albanir rowed in the varsity eight that finished fifth at the 2014 Ivy League Women’s Rowing Championship. Following the season, she was named a CRCA National Scholar Athlete. Albanir was the only freshman in the varsity four boat, helping the crew to a seventh place finish at the 2013 Ivy League Women's Rowing Championship, before taking 17th overall at the 2013 NCAA Women’s Rowing Championship.
