Biography
At Cornell
A two-year letter winner, Fisher has been in the varsity boat since her sophomore year. A rower with a positive attitude that is always eager to improve, she rows both port and starboard, which will be a huge asset to the team.
At Niskayuna HS
Fisher earned three varsity letters at Niskayuna high school where she won numerous gold medal at various regattas. She also won her team’s Top Bolt award for being the most valuable rower, as well as the Nan Kuntz award for most valuable rower of all the school’s crews.
Personal
Lauren Marie Fisher is the daughter of Richard and Rayette Fisherand she has two younger brothers and one younger sister. Her cousin Ryan Westmoreland played football for Kansas. Fisher is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
