Tom Dilliplane

Tom Dilliplane is in his second stint as assistant strength and conditioning coach over more than a decade of service. Dilliplane worked as a fitness coordinator for the Cornell Fitness Centers for five years previously.

As the assistant strength and conditioning coach, Dilliplane's responsibilities include design and implementation of specialized training programs for a variety of men's and women's teams. He supervises both team and individual training sessions and periodic strength/endurance testing of athletes, as well as maintaining performance records. He works closely with both athletes and coaches to develop training programs to meet specific athletic goals, including injury rehabilitation.

Before arriving at Cornell, Dilliplane served as the interim head strength and conditioning coach at the University of Akron, where he worked with all of its athletic teams.

Dilliplane earned his master's degree at Akron in 1994 in athletic training/exercise physiology and earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Buffalo in health sciences and exercise physiology.
