At Cornell
Eisser was named a CRCA National Scholar-Athlete after rowing in the sixth-seat in the second-varsity 8 during her junior year. As a sophomore, Eisser was a member of the varsity-8 boat that helped Cornell to earn its first national ranking in more than five years and narrowly missed out on an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament. Following the season, she was named a CRCA National Scholar-Athlete.
