Biography
Why Everett Chose Cornell: On my first visit to campus, I felt at home. I believe the rowing team will be a place where I can contribute and grow. I look forward to exploring my interests in CALS.

At Cornell
As a junior (2017-18)
• Rowed in the varsity four throughout her junior season.
• Helped the crew to a second place finish in the Petite Final at the Doc Hosea Invitational.
• Rowed in the crew that defeated Columbia and Dartmouth.
As a sophomore (2016-17)
• Named a CRCA Region 1 second-team selection.
• Spent the majority of her sophomore season as a member of the varsity eight apart from against Princeton and Radcliffe where she rowed for the second varsity eight.
As a freshman (2015-16)
• Helped the varsity four A to a victory over Penn and UMass at the Doc Hosea Invitational Regatta in her rookie season.Â
• Also rowed in the second varsity eight against Princeton and Radcliffe.
Prior to Cornell
• Everett is one of the most well-rounded athletes in the 2015 recruiting class.
• A three-sport athlete at Phillips Academy, she earned a combined nine letters, including five in basketball, two in soccer and two in rowing.
• She served as the rowing team’s captain during her senior season.

Personal
• Victoria Mavis Everett is the daughter of Andrew and Priscilla Everett and she has one older sister and one younger brother.
• Enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
