2023-24 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Joined women's rowing program in August and aided novice 4+ to a first-place finish at Head of the Fish (Oct. 28) ... rowed exclusively in the 1V4+ during spring season, competing out of bow, No. 2, and No. 3 seats.
2022-23 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Did not compete with the women's rowing program ... member of Cornell women's track and field team.
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Ran on cross country team for four seasons and was a two-time team captain (2019 and 2021) ... placed third at IAAM Championships in both 2019 and 2021 ... two-time All-County and All-State cross country team member in 2019 and 2021 ... also swam for two seasons ... rowed for Annapolis Junior Rowing.
PERSONAL
Zoe Isabela Benitez is the daughter of Mike and Pamela Benitez, and has a younger sister ... enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
