As a senior (2020-21)

• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a junior (2019-20)

• Named first-team All-American and first-team All-MAISA crew.
• Competed in a team-best 11 regattas as a junior, including as part of the MAISA Women's championship squad in the fall.
• Served as A division crew to help Cornell repeat its conference title.
• Crewed A division to second place at the Rogers Memorial Regatta.
• Part of a group that finished a program-best third at the Rose Bowl Regatta.
• Fourth at the Jen Harris Women's Showcase and fifth at the Yale Women's Interconference.
• Was part of both of the Big Red's Team Race entries.
• Honored as team MVP crew.
 

As a sophomore (2018-19)

• Earned first-team All-MAISA crew honors.
• Crewed the B division at the Sperry Women's finals and A division at the Coed national semis.
• Crewed the Big Red to regatta wins at the Jack Boehringer Memorial and the MAISA Team Race Challenge.
• Sailed for the Big Red at the War Memorial, Prosser Trophy and America Trophy conference championships, helping Cornell qualify for coed nationals.
• Competed in 15 varsity regattas during the season.
 

As a freshman (2017-18)

• Crewed Cornell boats in all three disciplines (women's, team race and coed) at the national championships.
• Was in the B division boat for 10 races in the women's national semifinals, helping Cornell take eighth to reach the finals.
• Was the crew of B Division that took fifth at the national finals, helping Cornell took seventh as a team.
• Also part of the lineup at the Team Race and Coed National Championships.
• Made her collegiate debut at the Jack Boehringer Memorial Regatta, helping the Big Red take third.
• Crewed one race in A Division as the Big Red won the Susan Rogers '75 Memorial.
• Helped the Big Red qualify for the women's nationals by crewing B Division.
• Also in the boat as Cornell reached the Team Race nationals with its finish at the Prosser Trophy.
• Was part of the Big Red qualifying for the coed nationals by crewing 12 races at the America Trophy.
 

Prior to Cornell

• Sutton spent four years sailing while attending North Kingstown HS.
• She was part of teams that won the Herreshoff Trophy in 2015 and the Terk Trophy in 2017.
• Captained the team her senior year.
 

Personal

• Adeline Elizabeth Sutton is the daughter of Jay and Nancy Sutton and has a brother.
• She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
