Biography
As a sophomore (2015-16)
• Was part of the crew at a pair of varsity regattas.
• She competed in the B division at the Jack Boehringer Memorial Regatta and the A divison at the Stu Nelson Women's Regatta.
As a freshman (2014-15)
• Crewed six races for the A division entry to help the Big Red qualify for the conference championships at the MAISA Women's Fall Dinghy.
• Was in the crew seat in six races for the A division entr at the America Trophy race.
• Her boat won all five races in the A division as Cornell won its first varsit regtta at the North Spring Qualifier.
• Crewed boats during nine varsity regattas during the season.
• Was a member of Cornell's first varsity sailing team in 2015.
Prior to Cornell
• Lee competed for the Port Credit Yacht Club High Performance Race Team while attending St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School.
• She was named Most Improved in 2011.
Personal
• Laura Leeane Lee is the daughter of Sydney Lee and Cherry Kam and has a sister.
• She is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
