2023-24 | SENIOR SEASON
Competed exclusively as a skipper for the Big Red … helped the Big Red to a first-place finish out of 12 boats at the New York Maritime Fall Open … aided to another first-place finish out of seven boats at the Women’s Regatta at KP Invite… Assisted in another first-place finish out of 8 boats at the MAISA Women’s Team Race Championships.

2022-23 I JUNIOR SEASON
Second at the Faye Bennett Trophy as MAISA's singlehanded champion in the fall ... placed seventh at the Singlehanded National Championships among a field of 19 of the top sailors in the country ... sailed the Big Red to victory at the SUNY Open ... skippered the Big Red to first for the David Lee Arnoff Trophy ... helped Cornell to a top-half finish at the War Memorial, grabbing ninth.

2021-22 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Qualified for 2021 College Sailing Women's Singlehanded Nationals but did not compete due to illness ... took fifth at the Faye Bennett Laser Radial singlehanded conference championship ... sailed at Team Race Nationals, helping Cornell to ninth overall, the program's highest finish in school history ... Team Race Nationals also served as the first-ever Ivy League Championship ... competed at the MAISA Women's Team Race Championship, helping Cornell grab second overall.

2020-21 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Two-time all-state skipper at Trinity Hall HS ... was a four-year team captain ... three-time MASSA Gold Qualifier ... finished fifth at the MASSA Girls Championship in 2019 ... competed for the Surf City Yacht Club Laser Race Team ... was the first female finished at the CORK International Regatta in 2017 ... finished third overall at the CORK Olympic Class Racing Regatta in 2018 ... placed 29th overall at the 2019 Youth World Championship and was the sixth female at the North American Championship in 2019 ... took fifth among females at the US Youth National Championship in 2018 ... also competed for the volleyball team.

PERSONAL
Lauren Grace Ehnot is the daughter of Mike and Nancy Ferrari Ehnot and has an older and younger brother ... her older brother, Michael, sails at George Washington ... she is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
