Biography
Prior to Cornell
Guior competed in sailing and track and field in high school while attending Summit HS. She set school records in the high jump relay and was a varsity captain of both the winter and spring track teams. Guior was a YMCA sailing instructor for four years.
Personal
Sonia Lauren Guior is the daughter of Rick Guior and Barbara Frank and has a younger brother. Guior comes from a long line of Cornellians, as her mother , two uncles, a great aunt and five cousins all attended Cornell. She is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
