Competed for Boston Latin School in both sailing and volleyball … five-year letterwinner in sailing, serving as crew and skipper and winning Division B in 2022 … four-year volleyball letterwinner and two-year team captain, earning the Coaches Award as a junior and senior … also played one season of ice hockey as a defenseman.

Vera Jacobson is the daughter of Renee Bushey and William Jacobson and has a brother, Benjamin '29 … mother graduated from Cornell Law School in 1995 … enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
