Biography

Before Cornell
Lapsa, a transfer from Davidson College, was a second-team all-state selection in 2006 along with a four-time all-area player. A two-time captain of her high school varsity team, she also was a four-year member of the Maryland Olympic Development State team. She was also a member of two state cup finalist teams while playing for FC Virginia Rockets.

Personal
Julianne Mara Lapsa is the daughter of Tom and Maureen Lapsa, and she has an older brother and an older sister. She will study in the College of Human Ecology at Cornell.
