Junior Season - 2010
Bartlett had an outstanding junior season, one that saw her recognized by earning second-team All-Ivy League honors for her play. Bartlett continued to improve as a top-level goalkeeper, posting career bests in goals-against average and save percentage on the season. She finished the year with a 1.23 goals-against average and a .818 save percentage to go along with a 2-6-1 record with three shutouts. Bartlett posted her first career clean sheet with a 2-0 win at Bucknell on Sept. 19, then picked up another with a 1-0 victory against Yale on Oct. 16. Bartlett was also in goal for a scoreless tie against Brown a week later for her third shutout of the year. She made a season-best eight saves in a 3-1 loss against St. Bonaventure on Sept. 10.

Sophomore Season - 2009
Bartlett appeared in seven contests on the season, making the start in six of those games. She shared team co-most valuable player honors with fellow goalkeeper Kelly Murphy on the year. Bartlett made her season debut with a full 90 minutes against Niagara on Sept. 6, and posted a season-high eight saves in a crushing 1-0 loss at Princeton, as Cornell came just 24 seconds shy of getting the clean sheet.

Freshman Season - 2008
Bartlett made five appearances in her first season with the Big Red, earning three starts. She made her collegiate debut in the final minutes of the season opener against Oakland, and made her first career start a week later in the loss to St. Bonaventure. Bartlett made a season-high eight stops in just under 65 minutes of action against Colgate on Sept. 28. She finished her first season with a 3.11 goals-against average and a .677 save percentage.

Before Cornell
Bartlett was a third-team All-CIF selection as a senior at Esperanza HS, earning first-team all-league honors as well. She was also named her team's defensive most valuable player and helped her team to a pair of league championships. As a senior, she allowed just 10 goals against in 18 matches, posting seven shutouts. Bartlett played her club soccer for Slammers FC, helping that team to the regional finals in 2007.

Personal
Megan Kay Bartlett is the daughter of Paul Bartlett and Belinda Bartlett, and she has a younger and older brother. She is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
