As a senior (2017-18)
• Garnered All-Ivy League first team honors.
• Named to Academic All-Ivy League team.
• Qualified for College Squash Association's Individual Championships for a second straight year, advancing to finals of her bracket.
• Posted 9-8 record to finish decorated collegiate career with a 32-32 mark exclusively from the Nos. 1, 2 and 3 positions in the order.
• College Squash Association Scholar Athlete.
• Won season's first four matches, then later enjoyed a five-match winning streak from Jan. 20 to Feb. 3.
• Clinched pivotal 5-4 victory over Drexel on Jan. 31 with a three-game win at No. 1, keeping the Big Red in position to advance to the elite Howe Cup field.
As a junior (2016-17)
• Earned College Squash Association All-America Second Team honors.
• Qualified for elite field of 16 at the CSA Individual Championships' Ramsay Cup division.
• Finished season ranked 15th nationally by the CSA.
• 8-7 record during dual matches came while competing exclusively from the No. 1 position.
• For a third straight season, presented team's Most Sportsmanlike Player Award.
As a sophomore (2015-16)
• Ascended to team's No. 1 position, posting a 6-10 record.
• Had one win in Ivy League play, coming in three games against an opponent from Dartmouth on Feb. 6.
• Won her match Jan. 30 against rival Stanford.
• Named team's Most Sportsmanlike Player for second straight year.
As a freshman (2014-15)
• Enjoyed successful debut campaign, winning nine of 16 matches from primarily the No. 2 position behind four-time All-American Danielle Letourneau '15.
• Won first five collegiate matches, including an exciting five-game affair against an opponent of rival Stanford on Nov. 23.
• Was 3-4 in Ivy League matches, defeating opponents from Columbia, Brown and Dartmouth.
• Season-ending College Squash Association individual ranking of 27th in the nation.
• Named team's Most Sportsmanlike Player.
Prior to Cornell
• Joined the Big Red after capturing British Columbia's GU19 provincial championship in 2014.
• Finished third at Canadian Junior Nationals in 2013 and fourth in 2014.
• Presented Squash BC's Massey Goolden Award, which is designated to honor junior players for achievement combined with sportsmanship.
• As of late July 2014, Garceau was ranked sixth among GU19 in Canada and first in British Columbia.
Personal
• Michèle Mariko Garceau is the daughter of Claude and Kathy Garceau, and she has one brother.
• Enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
