2023-24 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Swam in eight meets, including the Zippy Invite and Ivy League Championship ... opened season by helping Big Red to runner-up spots in the 200 Medley Relay (1:47.14) against Binghamton and 400 Medley Relay (3:58.75) versus St. Bonaventure ... grabbed first in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:03.56 in Ivy League opener against Harvard and Dartmouth ... also earned a tie for second in 200 Breaststroke (2:19.50) ... logged 38 points at Zippy Invite, headlined by a 1:03.56 in 100 Breaststroke to grab 25 points ... earned 96 points as part of 200 and 400 Medley Relay squads in Akron ... took home back-to-back bronze finishes in 100 Breaststroke against Yale (1:04.79) and Brown (1:03.25) ... clocked season-bests in 100 (1:02.62) and 200 (2:18.56) Breaststrokes at Ivy Championship, earning 19.5 points ... swam the second leg of Cornell's program-record 3:40.91 in the 400 Medley Relay to secure 48 points. 

2022-23 l FRESHMAN SEASON
Placed second in the 200-Yard Breaststroke at St. Bonaventure with a 2:24.96 final time ... finished second in the 200-Yard Medley Relay swimming as the second leg on the road against Dartmouth/Harvard ... helped the Big Red top the 200-Yard Medley Relay group against Yale. The final time of their relay was 1:42.48, just .01 seconds shy of the pool record ... swam in the 100-Yard Breaststroke vs Columbia and finished at 1:03.74 enough for a runner-up finish ... competed in the Ivy League Championships in the 200- and 400-Yard Medley Relay along with the 100-Yard Breaststroke ... brought home a total of 110 points for Cornell at the championships.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Three-time All-American ... US Junior National qualifier ... captain of her high school team ... current record holder at her high school in the 100-yard breaststroke.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Eric and Laura Holden, has one brother ... her father competed at the Division I level in swimming at the University of California, Davis ... enrolled in the College of Art and Sciences.
