In her two seasons with the Big Red, Meier has helped her student-athletes to seven school records, including five individual marks and two relay records. In total, Meier's student-athletes have posted 50 all-time top-10 times in Cornell history, featuring 37 top-10 individual performances and 13 top-10 relays.

As A Graduate Assistant Coach

Meier earned her Master's degree in education in 2018 while serving as a graduate assistant at La Salle for the swimming and diving program. She aided in all aspects of the program, from practice and meet planning to evaluating and recruiting student-athletes. The Explorers set a total of 15 school records between the men's and women's teams over her two seasons on the deck. Both years, at the Atlantic 10 Championships, the men's team finished in the top three. She also helped coach over 20 individual finalists at the A10 Championships.

Prior Experience

Meier previously served as the head coach and manager of the Manorlu Swim Club for three summers. During that time, she was responsible for conducting practices and creating workouts for swimmers aged 4-18. She focused on emphasizing proper swimming technique and executed meet lineups while planning and organizing all team functions and competitions. In addition, she managed a staff of lifeguards and maintained the pool facility.

Collegiate Athletic Career

A 2016 graduate of Shippensburg University with a degree in exercise science and minors in biology and coaching, Meier was a member of both the swimming and outdoor track and field teams. In swimming, she was a 12-time individual conference finalist, earning College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America honors each year and capturing Scholar All-America accolades. She graduated as the school record-holder in the women's 200 free and as a member of the record-setting 200 free, 400 free, and 400 medley relay teams.

In track and field, she qualified for the conference championships in the 800 meters every season, placing in the top eight at the conference meet in 2014, as well as the 4x800 meter relay, which placed first at the conference meet in 2015. Shippensburg track and field captured the PSAC team title each season Meier participated.
