• School Record holder, 1-meter diving (2019-20)
• NCAA Zone A Diving Championships qualifier (2018-19, 2019-20)
As a sophomore (2019-20)
• Competed in both diving events at the Ivy League Championships, making the A Final of the 1-meter and finishing fifth overall with a school-record 266.50 points.
• Also scored points for the Big Red in the 3-meter at the conference meet, making the B Final and placing 15th with 249.90 points.
• Her 3-meter point total of 251.95 points in prelims at Ivies ranks fifth all-time in Cornell history.
• Competed at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships for the second-straight year, making the finals of the 1-meter competition and placing 12th overall among 62 divers.
• Finished third in the 1-meter at Akron’s Zippy Invitational with 262.30 points.
• Picked up eight victories between the two diving disciplines at dual meets over the course of the season.
• Won both the 1-meter and 3-meter events against St. Bonaventure and Binghamton, helping Cornell to a pair of team victories.
• Finished first in the 1-meter and second in the 3-meter at Ivy League duals against Yale and Brown, guiding Cornell to a win over the Bears.
• Won the 3-meter and finished as the runner-up in the 1-meter at Cornell’s Ivy League tri-meet against Dartmouth and Harvard.
As a freshman (2018-19)
• Named the team's Diving MVP.
• Was 24th at the NCAA Zone Diving Meet in the 1-meter (240.40) and 26th in the 3-meter (244.05).
• Her score in the 1-meter at the zone meet ranks third all-time at Cornell.
• Finished 13th in the 3-meter at the Ivy Championship with a 249.25, No. 4 all-time in Big Red history.
• Placed 20th at the Ivy meet in the 1-meter.
• Captured the 1-meter and 3-meter titles at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational.
• Won the 3-meter competition in dual meets with Columbia, St. Bonaventure and Brown.
• Swept both diving events in a win at Bryant.
• Was second in both diving events in a tri-meet with Penn and Princeton.
Prior to Cornell
• Named two-time Norcal Diver of the Year while competing for the Stanford Diving Club.
• Three-time USA Diving Nationals qualifier.
• Named the Athlete of the Year at Monta Vista HS.
• Earned NISCA All-America honors as a senior.
• Was a two-time team captain.
• Two-time state championship qualifier.

• Demetra Alexandra Williams is the daughter of Alan Williams and Kathleen Lee and has a younger sister and brother.
• She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
