At Cornell: Miller should be a key contributor for the Big Red after finding some success as a freshman.
In the 100 back at the Ivy League Championships, she won her final with the fifth best time in school history of 57.30.
Her season was also highlighted by a very close second place finish to teammate Emily Dean in the 100 back against Navy and Yale.
At the same meet, she placed third in the 200 back with a time of 2:08.45.
Prior to Cornell: Heather Miller was an accomplished swimmer at Saucon Valley High School, where she was a four-time letter recipient. She was honored with the team MVP award all four of her years as a swimmer on the team, and as a senior, she received the Most Decorated Athlete and Outstanding Senior Award. Heather was also a member of the Atlantis Aquatic Club, where she qualified for such prestigious races such as the NCSA Junior Nationals, US Open, and Short Course Nationals. Besides swimming, she also spent a year as a member on the track team.
Personal: Heather Elizabeth Miller is the daughter of Don and Kathy Miller, and she has one younger brother. She is enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
