At Cornell
As a former member of the Cornell gymnastics team, Aden’s presence was immediately felt in the diving program. From the very first dual meet where she came up smiling on her first dive, to her fantastic dive at the 2009 Ivy League Championships, which was the sixth best total in Cornell history in the one meter dive (183.05 points), she was one of the Big Red’s most consistent divers. As a junior and a sophomore, she was awarded with the team's Hardest Worker Award, and she was also named as Most Spirit during her sophomore year. With a determination and attitude that is unmatched, she looks to improve even more during her senior year.
At Notre Dame
A regional and national qualifier in gymnastics at Notre Dame HS, Aden was a member of both the National Honor Society and the Latin Honors Society.
Personal
Kathryn L. Aden is the daughter of Matt and Sheri Aden, and she has two brothers. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
