Biography

As a senior (2015-16)
• Served as one of the team’s tri-captains during the season.
• Competed in all six dual meets during the 2015-16 campaign.
• Won the 200 back race against Brown with a second-place effort against the Bears in the 100 back.
• Placed third in the 100 back in dual meet victories against Binghamton and Colgate.
• Had the team’s fourth-fastest time of the year in the 100 back and the fifth-fastest in the 200 back.

As a junior (2014-15)
• Scored for the Big Red in both the 100 and 200 back at the 2015 Ivy League Championship meet.
• Won the 50 and 100 back events at the Bomber Invitational.
• Took third in all three races she swam against Colgate.
• Was elected one of the Big Red's tri-captains for the 2015-16 campaign.

As a sophomore (2013-14)
• She continued to improve and made significant contributions to the team’s very successful dual meet season.
• On the team’s season’s best times list, Kuhn was ninth in the 50 free, second in the 200 back and first in the 100 back.
• She qualified for the Big Red’s Ivy League Championship team for a second season.
• On Cornell’s all-time top 10 list, Kuhn is sixth in the 200 back and fourth in the 100 back.
• She is a member of two school record relay teams – the 200 and 400 medley relays.

As a freshman (2012-13)
• In her first season with the Cornell women’s team, Kuhn posted top 10 season times in four individual events.
• She was eighth in the 50 free, seventh in the 100 free, third in the 100 back and second in the 200 back.
• Kuhn’s performances in the backstroke placed her among the top times in school history.
• She ranks seventh in the 100 back and sixth in the 200 back.
• As a freshman, Kuhn earned a spot on Cornell’s Ivy League meet team

Prior to Cornell
• Kuhn was a two-time captain and metro champion at Walt Whitman HS.
• She was awarded the Chichester Award for the senior who best exemplifies the qualities of sportsmanship, dedication, and leadership at her school.
• While swimming the free and back as a four-year letter winner, Kuhn helped her team to regional and state meet appearances.
• She did her club swimming for the Curl Burke Swim Club, helping them to the CCSDA title.

Personal
• Victoria Noel Kuhn is the daughter of Tom and Wendy Kuhn and has a younger sister and two younger brothers.
• She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
