As a Senior (2014-15)Individually, Knudson's best finish as a senior was fourth place in the 400m at the Upstate Challenge. In the relays, she helped her 4x400 team to a win at the indoor Greg Page Relays.
As a Junior (2013-14)Knudson did her finest work on the relay teams in her third season. Indoors, she helped the 4x4 relay team to a 1
st place finish at the Deneault Memorial and 2
nd place finish at the Greg Page Relays. She also helped the distance medley relay team to a 2
nd place showing at the Nittany Lion Challenge. Individually, she ran the 600, posting a career best 1:36.13 in an 8
th place finish at the Nittany Lion Challenge. Outdoors, Knudson continued to participate in the 400 and 800. Individually, she posted a career best 800 of 2:14.77 in a 6
th place finish at the Larry Elllis Invitational. She added a career best 400 of 57.08 at the Outdoor Heps. She also helped the 4x8 relay team to the ECAC’s, with a 1
st place finish at the Penn Relays and a 4
th place finish at the Outdoor Heps.
As a Sophomore (2012-13)Knudson was a young multi-eventer for the Big Red during her first year with the team, scoring a best of 2,575 in the pentathlon indoors. She set personal records in seven events during her sophomore year: the 600, the 60 hurdles, the 100 hurdles, the high jump, the long jump, the shot put and the pentathlon.
Before CornellOne of Colorado’s best at 800 meters, Knudson was a also a terrific basketball player and plans to do the multi-events in college.
PersonalAlesha Knudson is the daughter of Mark Knudson and has a twin sister.  She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
