As a Senior (2019-20)
• Recorded three top-five finishes during the indoor season.
• Performed two personal records: long jump at the Sunday Invite (2/16) and shot put at the Kane Invitational (2/1).
As a Junior (2018-19)
• Completed eight top-five finished during the season, including two runner-up placements.
• Recorded a personal record in the 300 at the Greg Page Relays (12/1).
As a Sophomore (2017-18)
• Recorded eight top-five finishes during the season, including two runner-up placings.
• Earned three personal records on the year in the 60 meters, outdoor 100 and indoor 200.
• Took fifth in the 60 meters at the Sunday Invitational in PR time of 7.95 seconds.
• Personal best in 100 came at the Big Red Outdoor Invitational, placing third in 12.49.
• At Nittany Lion Challenge, finished 13th in indoor 200 in PR time of 26.68.
As a Freshman (2016-17)
• Competed in five indoor meets and four outdoor meets during a solid freshman season that included six top 10 finishes and two individual titles.
• Indoors, was a member of a third place 4x200 team at the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational and she also finished seventh in the 200.
• Won the 100 at the Cornell Cabin Fever Invitational.
• Outdoors, used personal records in the 100 (12.59) and 200 (26.59) to place first and second, respectively, in the events at the Ithaca College Tuesday Meet.
Before Cornell
• Ran four years of track in high school, earning all-area and all-region honors every single year.
• District record holder in the 100 meter and 400 meter as well as the 4x100 meter and 4x400 meter relays.
• Competed for the Extreme Force Track Club and won the 4x100 meter AAU national title in 2013 and in 2016 was named to the AAU Young Women Team for the 4x800 meter.
• Was a member of the National honor Society while in high school and also served as the vice president of her class.
Personal
• Anastashia Alexis Alfred is the daughter of Omiyon Toran and Nicole Alfred-Toran.
• She has one brother, Omiyon, and two sisters, Leilah and Tiara .
• She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
