Jenkins' up-to-date results

As a Junior (2017-18)
• Competed at three meets during the indoor season.
• Took fourth in the 60 hurdles (9.06) and the Greg Page Relays

As a Sophomore (2016-17)
• Turned focus to the multi-events as a sophomore.
• Had a best of 2,886 points in the indoor pentathlon at the Upstate Challenge, earning fifth place.
• Outdoors, had a best of 3,783 points in the heptathlon at the Cortland Classic, which was good for second place.
• Also competed in individual events, winning the 60 meter hurdles at both the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational (9.35) and the Cornell Cabin Fever Invitational (9.27).
• Also finished second in the 800 at the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational.

As a Freshman (2015-16)
• Had a stellar first season in the short sprints and hurdles for the Big Red, competing in the Ivy League Championships both indoors and outdoors.
• Indoors, finished third in the 60 meter hurdles at the Robert J. Kane Invitational with a season-best 9.00, sixth in the 200 meter dash and third in the 60 meter hurdles at the Cornell Sunday Invitational before going on to finish 17th at the indoor Heptagonals,
• Outdoors, focused on the 100 meter hurdles and finished third at the Outdoor Upstate Challenge and second at the Big Red Invitational with a season-best 14.66 before going on to finish 12th at the outdoor Heptagonals.

Before Cornell
• Two-time female athlete of the year and All-Region performer, Jenkins rewrote the record books as a senior at Lakeland. 
• Finished second in the Pennsylvania state meet in 2015, running 14.28 at 100 hurdles and 43.83 for fifth at 300 hurdles.
• Was also the PIAA District 2 Champion in the 100 hurdles and 300 hurdles all four years and captained the Lakeland team to its second straight District 2 Championship in 2015.
• Performances also earned her Lackawanna League Coaches’ All Star honors each year from 2012-15 and Times Tribute Runner of the Year 2013-15.
• Was also an All-Region, Lackawanna League First Team All Star in soccer and a member of two academic honor societies.  

Personal
• Cassidy Alex Jenkins is the daughter of Luke and Jennifer Erdmann.
• She has a younger brother, Mason, and a younger sister, Kylah.
• She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
