As a Senior (2017-18)
• Broke school record in the indoor 200 at the Valentine Invitational to place fourth in 23.99.
• Double scorer at both Indoor and Outdoor Heps.
• At Outdoor Heps, placed fifth in the 100 (11.89) and third in 4x100 relay (46.05).
• Also took eighth in the 200 (24.73).
• At Indoor Heps, fifth in the 60 (7.58) and fourth in the 200 (24.35).
• Placed 11th in the 100 (12.28) and 17th in the 200 (25.08) at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
As a Junior (2016-17)
• Had a tremendous season for the Big Red, setting the school record in the 4x100 relay at the Outdoor Heps (45.01) while also notching top-10 times in four individual events.
• In the indoor season, was a scorer for the team at the Heps, taking sixth in the 60 meters and fifth in the 200.
• Preliminary time of 7.51 seconds in the 60 at the league championships is the fourth-fastest time in program history.
• Additionally, prelim time of 24.25 in the 200 at the Heps is also the fourth-best time in school history as well.
• Once again scored at the Ivy League Heps in the outdoor season, taking second in the 4x100 relay, sixth in the 100 and seventh in the 200.
• During the season, picked up the fifth-fastest time in school history in the outdoor 200 (24.09) and the sixth-best time in the outdoor 100 (11.87).
• Also helped the 4x100 relay team qualify for the NCAA East Preliminary Round.
As a Sophomore (2015-16)
• Had a successful sophomore season in the short sprints for the Big Red.
• Indoors, ran a personal best 7.54 in the 60 meter dash to finish fourth overall at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships.
• Outdoors, was part of a successful 4x100 meter relay team that earned second at the UC Riverside Spring Break Invitational, first at the Bison Outdoor Classic, second at the Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships and third at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
• Also set personal bests in the 100 (11.93) and the 200 (24.32).
As a Freshman (2014-15)
• Had a strong first year competing in the sprints for the Big Red.
• In the outdoor season, moved to No. 9 all-time at Cornell in the 100, winning the event in 12.06 at the Big Red Invitational.
• At Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonals, finished 14
th in the 100 hurdles at 24.98.
• Indoors, picked up victories in the 200 at the Deneault Memorial (24.95) and the Cornell Sunday Invitational (25.60).
Before Cornell
• The Pennsylvania state runner up at 100 meters, Shepard was also a state finalist at 200 meters and helped her team to the state title in the 4x100 relay.
• Has personal bests of 12.03 for 100 meters and 25.16 for 200 meters.
