Biography
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Served as team captain in both track and field and cross country during her senior year… a multi-time NJSIAA sectional champion, winning indoor titles in the 800m (2023, 2024) and 1600m (2025), and outdoor titles in the 1600m (2024, 2025)… captured multiple county championships, including indoor titles in the 600m, 1000m, and 1600m (2024) and the 1600m (2023), as well as outdoor 800m titles (2023, 2024)… NJAC Outdoor Conference champion in the 800m (2024, 2025)… set indoor school records in the 500m, 600m, 800m, and 1000m, along with outdoor relay records in the 4x400 and 4x800… also competed in cross country, earning NJSIAA sectional and NJAC conference titles in 2024… played five years of ice hockey as a defenseman.
PERSONAL
Ivory Lu Piskula is the daughter of Thomas Piskula and Jeffrey Lu… has one sister, Iris, who competes in ACHA Division I women’s ice hockey at the University of Washington… born in Pittsburgh, Pa., and raised in Madison, N.J.… she is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
