Before Cornell
Casey earned one letter in soccer, two letters in cross country and three in track and was the team MVP in both track and cross country, while serving as team captain for the cross country team her senior year.

Personal
Casey is the daughter of Charlie and Karen Phlegar and has two younger sisters.  She is enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
