At Cornell
English had a breakthrough year as a junior, improving dramatically in the 800m. With a terrific 2:11 leg on the 4x800m at the Outdoor Heptagonal Championships and a solid 2:14 anchor leg at the Penn Relays, English proved herself to be a reliable relay runner. All-East in the indoor 4x800m at the ECAC Championships, she will look to extend her solid relay runner abilities to her individual events as a senior.

Jeanell English is the daughter of James and Mary English. She is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
