Placed first in the Mile with a personal-best time of 5:06.05 at the Southern Tier Invite... set personal-best 3000m time at the ECAC Indoor Championships with a time of 9:48.90... ran career-best 5000m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (17:03.68).

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Was a Florida XC State Champion (2022)… a part of the Palm Beach County First Team every season from 2019 - 2023… State meet qualifier each year from 2019 - 2023… was elected team captain in three consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023)… set the 1600m School Record in 2023… named ESPN West Palm Athlete of the Week (2021)… Palm Beach County Runner of the Year (2021, 2022)… Palm Beach County Athlete of the Year (2023)… recipient of Land Rover Palm Beach Athlete of the Year Scholarship (2023)… All-State Team (2022, 2023)… earned an 8^th-place finish at the New Balance Indoor Nationals in the 5K with a time of 17:20 (2023)... was the Florida 1600-meter runner-up in 2023.

Emma Grace O’Day is the daughter of Sean and Carissa O’Day… has a brother… she is enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
