Before Cornell
Moulden is a two-time shot put Washington State Champion and three-time state champion in wrestling. In the field, her personal bests are 46 feet, 7 inches in the shot and 135-9 in the discus. A four-time letter winner in wrestling and track, she served as wrestling captain for three years and track captain for one.

KC Lynn Sylvia Moulden is the daughter of Michael Moulden and Kimberly Frazier. She has two older brothers, Zakary and Toni, and two older sisters, Rachel and Mickayla. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
