PRIOR TO CORNELL 
Seven-time all-state performer, earning the honor three times in the triple jump (outdoor '18, indoor '19, indoor '20), twice in the 55-meter ('19, '20), and once in the long jump (indoor '20) and 100-meter ('19)… 12-time individual all-region honoree: three times in the triple jump (outdoor '18, indoor '19, indoor '20), three times in the 55-meter hurdles ('17, '18, '19), twice in the long jump (outdoor '18, indoor '20), twice in the 100-meter hurdles ('17, '19), and once in the 100-meter ('19) and 300-meter hurdles ('17)… three-time Occoquan Individual Regional Champion, posting back-to-back wins in the 55-meter in 2019 and 2020 and adding a victory in the 55-meter hurdles in 2020... nine-time Patriot Individual District Champion, winning three championships in the 55-meter ('18, '19, '20) and 55-meter hurdles ('18, '19, '20) and one in the 100-meter ('18), 110-meter hurdles ('19), and triple jump (indoor '20)… named all-district in the 100-meter hurdles in 2017 and in the long jump during the 2020 indoor season... tabbed All-Met Honorable Mention in 2020... Helped her South County High School team to Patriot District Championships during the 2016-17 indoor and 2018 outdoor seasons... captained her South County track and field team during her junior and senior seasons. 

PERSONAL 
Lauren Ashleigh Jones is the daughter of Darnell and Latonya Jones... has one older sister, Taylor, who is on the track and field team at William and Mary (Class of 2021)… she is enrolled in the SC Johnson College of Business.
