2023-24 I JUNIOR SEASON
Ran personal-best 800m at the Sam Howell Invitational (2:23.84)...  took first at the Sam Howell Invitational in the 3000m steeplechase... placed first with a personal-best time of 4:42.04 in the 1500m at the Bison Outdoor Classic... appeared in the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing fifth with a personal-best 3000m steeplechase... competed at the NCAA East First Round in the 3000m steeplechase. 

2022-23 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Set personal-best Mile at the Dr. Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge with a time of 4:58.57... ran personal-best 3k in 9:55.04 at the 2023 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite... completed the 5k in 17:24.49, her personal-best time at the Duke Invitational... finished first in the 2000m steeplechase a the Transatlantic Series with a personal-best time of 7:20.52... took first at the CNY College Challenge in the 3000m steeplechase.

2021-22 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in the Kane Invitational, Rutgers Open and Deneault Invitational.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Captured the school record in the 5k, 1600- and 3200- meter runs… was a team captain in 2021… multi-sport competitor in cross-country, track and field, and Nordic skiing.

PERSONAL
Margaret Riley Dalseth is the daughter of Pascal and Jennifer Dalseth… has one brother… she is enrolled in the college of Human Ecology.
